Description : This project turned out to be a combination of installation and revamping as the customer needed new blinds to replace old fashioned curtains in the main Lounge. However, the adjoining lounge had been furnished with blinds recently but due to poor maintenance were not in a very good condition although they were still sturdy and strong.  After a thorough examination the decision was made to repair the blinds and then replace the ancient curtains with a set of modern, heat efficient blinds. This was a decision that established a both a business relationship  and one of trust as the customer understood that JNJ System blinds had their best interest at heart and did not view them as just a business commodity.
 
Solution: Combined approach with both installation of new blinds and repair of existing ones.
