Methods for Different Types of Blinds

- Horizontal/Venetian Blinds (Aluminum/Vinyl): Close them flat, wipe down with a damp cloth or microfiber mitt, then flip to the opposite side and repeat. A mixture of warm water and a small amount of dish soap works well.
- Wooden/Faux Wood Blinds: Avoid excess water to prevent warping; use a dry or barely damp microfiber cloth and immediately dry with a towel
- Vertical Blinds: Vacuum with a brush attachment first. For fabric blinds, wipe down gently with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
- Roller Blinds: Roll down fully, vacuum with a low setting, and spot clean with a damp cloth

- Grease/Sticky Residue (Kitchens): Use a solution with a degreasing dish soap, or a cloth dipped in water mixed with a dishwasher tablet.
